Ще у червні 2018 року мешканець Рівненської області прихопивши з собою газовий балончик, прибув у село Сивір Ізяславського району. Бажаючи збагатитись, зловмисник проник на територію домоволодіння, а потім і у будинок 90-річної жінки, яка мешкала там одна.
«Нападник розпилив вміст аерозольного балончика у обличчя потерпілої та скориставшись її безпорадністю став шукати кошти, а також інше цінне майно. Не знайшовши нічого окрім 30 гривень, захованих жінкою під скатертиною на столі, побоюючись бути викритим та затриманим, розбійник був змушений залишити будинок», – повідомляють у прокуратурі.
У суді доведено вину особи у вчиненні розбою, поєднаного із застосуванням насильства та проникненням у житло. Будучи незгідним з рішенням суду першої інстанції, він оскаржив його в апеляційному порядку, однак цю скаргу залишено без задоволення. Обвинуваченому в розбійному нападі призначено покарання у виді 8 років 6 місяців позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
