На Кам’янеччині взяли під варту 59-річного жителя с. Нагоряни, який до смерті побив односельця.
Сектор комунікації поліції повідомляє, що йому може загрожувати до 10 років позбавлення волі.
Подія сталася 25 грудня близько 17.00 години в с. Нагоряни Кам’янець-Подільського району. 33-річний потерпілий зайшов у гості до підозрюваного. Між чоловіками зав’язалась суперечка, яка переросла у бійку.
У ході сутички господар металевою кришкою наніс серію ударів по голові потерпілому, від чого той помер на місці події.
Зловмисника затримали на місці. Йому вже оголосили про підозру у вчиненні злочину, передбаченого ч. 2 ст. 121 (Умисне тяжке тілесне ушкодження, що призвело до смерті) Кримінального кодексу України, санкція якої передбачає до 10 років позбавлення волі. На період досудового розслідування суд взяв чоловіка під варту.
