За повідомленням пресслужби СБУ, під час затримання винуватець чинив опір правоохоронцям.
За попередньою версією слідства, поліцейський вимагав гроші від фігуранта кримінального провадження. Зловмисник гарантував чоловіку, що його не притягнуть до кримінальної відповідальності за незаконне виготовлення і зберігання наркотичних засобів, а провадження закриють.
Затримали поліцейського згідно зі статею 208 Кримінального процесуального кодексу після одержання хабара. Під час затримання зловмисник чинив опір і, намагаючись утекти з місця події, здійснив наїзд на правоохоронців.
Наразі затриманому повідомлено про підозру за ч. 3 ст. 368 (прийняття пропозиції, обіцянки або одержання неправомірної вигоди), ст. ст.348 (посягання на життя працівника правоохоронного органу) Кримінального кодексу України.
Триває досудове слідство.
