Вчора, 3 грудня, президент офіційно призначив новим головою Хмельницької обласної державної адміністрації Сергія Гамалія.
Сайт «Є» повідомляє, що Сергій Гамалій – підприємець, деякий час проживав у Польщі, одружений, має трьох дітей. Згідно із даними з декларації, яку кандидат виправляв двічі, у його власності чотири земельних ділянки у селі Жванець та п’ять ділянок у селі Кульчіївці Кам’янець-Подільського району, одна у самому Кам’янці-Подільському та три у селі Грузевиця Хмельницького району.
Щодо нерухомості, то пан Гамалій задекларував гараж у Кам’янці, дві квартири площею 57 і 36,7 квадратних метрів та будинок із земельною ділянкою площею 161,75 квадратів у Польщі. У 2019 році в нового очільника області з’явився будинок у Туреччині вартістю 5 мільйонів 656 тисяч 103 гривні. Міста, в яких має помешкання Сергій Гамалій, не зазначено. Окрім того, користується він помешканням батьків – квартирою у Кам’янці-Подільському. У автопарку голови – «BMW X5» 2014 року випуску, того ж року автівка була і придбана.
Має корпоративні права у ТОВ “Деліция” (100%), ТОВ “БАРС” (50%), ТОВ “ІНТЕРСІТІ АВТО” (20%), ТОВ “Деліция-Львів” (99%). Сукупний дохід у 2019 році склав понад 3,5 мільйона гривень.
Дружина Сергія Вячеславовича, Вікторія Гамалія має земельну ділянку в селі Жванець Кам’янець-Подільського району та автомобіль «BMW X3». Серед доходів лише 6 476 гривень процентів від банку та 1 485 гривень соціальних виплат.
Подружжя на двох у 2019 році зберігало у банківських установах 17 700 тисяч євро, майже 200 тисяч гривень, 48 тисяч злотих та 38 тисяч доларів. Готівкою – 1 мільйон 680 тисяч гривень, 120 тисяч євро, 77 тисяч доларів та 290 тисяч злотих.
Також Сергій Гамалій торік позичив третім особам 128 тисяч гривень і вніс до польської фінансової установи 60 тисяч злотих. З’явилися у нього у 2019 і фінансові зобов’язання – два кредити майже на 60 тисяч гривень в одному з українських банків та 13 860 злотих у польському.
