Хмельницькі поліцейські спільно з колегами із міграційної служби повернули до Молдови нелегала з багатим кримінальним минулим.
Про це повідомив сектор комунікації поліції області.
Громадянин Республіки Молдова раніше неодноразово притягувався до кримінальної відповідальності за злочини, пов’язані з наркотиками. У 2015 році Новоазовським районним судом Чернігівської області його було засуджено до покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі за вчинення злочинів, передбачених ч.3 ст.305 та ч.3 ст.307 Кримінального кодексу України (Контрабанда та збут наркотичних засобів).
Оперативники ГУНП в Хмельницькій області отримали інформацію про те, що після звільнення з в’язниці громадянин Молдови має намір залишитись в Україні нелегально та продовжити злочинну діяльність.
Зважаючи на це, працівники поліції спільно з колегами із міграційної служби зустріли нелегала на виході із Шепетівської виправної колонії, де він відбував покарання. Чоловіка притягнули до відповідальності за ч.1 ст.203 КУпАП (Порушення іноземцями та особами без громадянства правил перебування в Україні). Також на підставі ст. 26 Закону України «Про правовий статус іноземців та осіб без громадянства» було прийнято рішення щодо примусового повернення його до країни походження із забороною в’їзду в Україну строком на 3 роки.
Далі правоохоронці доправили порушника міграційного законодавства до кордону, де передали правоохоронним органам Республіки Молдова в пункті пропуску м. Могилів-Подільський Вінницької області.
