З 1996 року єпископ Сімферопольський і Кримський УПЦ КП; у 1997 році призначений єпископом Хмельницьким і Кам’янець-Подільським УПЦ КП, у 2004 році піднесений до сану архієпископа, а у 2012 році – до сану митрополита; з 2019 року – митрополит Хмельницький та Кам’янець-Подільський ПЦУ. Заступник голови Синодальної Статутної комісії.
