Дорожньо-транспортна пригода, у якій постраждало шестеро людей, сталася 8 січня о 15.20 годині поблизу села Окіп Білогірського району на Хмельниччині.
На автодорозі сполученням «Кременець-Біла Церква» зіткнулись автомобілі «Volkswagen Tiguan» під керуванням 42-річної жительки м. Черкаси та автомобіль «Chevrolet Cruze» під керуванням 26-річного мешканця Київської області.
Внаслідок ДТП тілесні ушкодження отримали водійка «Volkswagen Tiguan» та двоє її пасажирів, серед яких п’ятирічний хлопчик та 44-річний чоловік.
Також травми отримав водій «Chevrolet Cruze» та двоє його пасажирок 1994 і 1995 років народження, мешканки Житомирської області.
Усі потерпілі госпіталізовані до лікувальних закладів.
Наразі слідчі з’ясовують усі обставини дорожньо-транспортної пригоди. За даним фактом відкрите кримінальне провадження за ч. 1 статті 286 Кримінального кодексу України «Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами». Санкція статті передбачає штраф від двохсот до п’ятисот неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або виправні роботи на строк до двох років, або арешт на строк до шести місяців, або обмеження волі на строк до трьох років, з позбавленням права керувати транспортними засобами на строк до трьох років або без такого.
