Заступник голови Хмельницької ОДА Сергій Ткачук провів брифінг, присвячений питанню реалізації на Хмельниччині програми Президента України “Велике будівництво”.

Головні тези:

➡ Цьогоріч в опорних лікарнях області, в рамках програми Президента України “Велике будівництво”, проводиться реконструкція 10 приймальних відділень. Так, 9 із 10 відділень уже приймають хворих, крім Шепетівської лікарні, де залишилося підключитися до централізованої системи опалення. Дані роботи будуть завершені після опалювального сезону. Поки що окремі приймальні відділення не надають повний спектр послуг, оскільки наразі триває робота зі встановлення медичного обладнання та оформлення медичним закладом документів щодо внесення змін до ліцензії по роботі з іонізуючим випромінюванням.

➡ У Старокостянтинівському, Славутському і Шепетівському приймальних відділеннях передбачені другі черги будівництва. Зокрема, у Славутській лікарні будуватимуть закритий перехід між корпусами, у Старокостянтинівській та Шепетівській – “теплий” під’їзд для “швидких” до приймального відділення. Даний етап будівництва має бути завершений найближчим часом спільними зусиллями об’єднаних громад та лікарні.

➡ Розпочалися роботи на об’єктах, які включені до програми Президента України “Велике будівництво” і фінансуються за кошти ДФРР. Так, на 5 об’єктах з 8 роботи уже розпочаті, по 3 об’єктах тривають тендерні процедури (Хмельницький обласний онкологічний диспансер, Чемеровецький дитячий садочок «Дзвіночок» та міський стадіон ім.Г.А.Тонкочеєва у м.Кам’янець-Подільський). Строк реалізації даних проектів має завершитися в цьому році.

➡ Згідно внесених змін в перелік доріг місцевого значення, який погоджується Укравтодором, кількість об’єктів в області збільшилася з 52 до 53. Станом на сьогодні з 53 об’єктів по 41 оголошено тендер, по 27 тендер завершено, на 2 об’єктах розпочалися роботи. По інших об’єктах очікується проектно-кошторисна документація на комунальні дороги від ОТГ.

➡ На дорогах державного значення на окремих ділянках завершуються проектні роботи, щотижня оголошуються тендерні процедури, на багатьох ділянках роботи уже активно ведуться, зокрема, на дорозі Н-03 в напрямку Кам’янця-Подільського та Старокостянтинова. Крім того, укладені договори на ділянку дороги Р-48 та Р-24, де уже розпочалися підготовчі роботи.
