Відбулись зміни у списку новообраних депутатів у Хмельницьку обласну раду.
Про це пише “НГП” з посиланням на слова голови обласної виборчої комісії Віталія Афадєєва.
Народний депутат Сергій Мандзій, який першим номером пройшов до Хмельницької облради від партії “Слуга народу”, відмовився від мандата депутата облради.
На його місце мав зайти наступний за списком і рейтингом кандидат від “слуг”, діючий голова Ярмолинецької РДА Василь Гуменюк. Але останній написав заяву на відмову.
Таким чином, вакантне місце заповнив інший кандидат, директор Хмельницького базового медичного коледжу Іван Нагорний.
У середині листопада пан Нагорний звернувся з позовом до Хмельницького окружного адміністративного суду. Він хотів через суд добитися перерахунку голосів з виборів депутатів Хмельницької обласної ради у межах шести територіальних округів. Але потім передумав і подав до суду клопотання про відкликання позовної заяви.
Нагадаємо, що Іван Нагорний був депутатом Хмельницької обласної ради VI скликання від Партії регіонів.
