Держекоінспекція опублікувала результати перевірки поверхневих вод водних об’єктів Хмельницького. Нагадаємо, що на сполох почали бити жителі мікрорайону Озерна, стурбовані станом місцевого ставка.
В ході перевірки встановлено, що суб’єкт господарювання КП “Спецкомунтранс” не належним чином здійснює заходи щодо попередження забруднення поверхневих вод під час експлуатації полігону твердих побутових відходів.
“З третього фільтраційного земляного басейну, у вигляді поверхневого стоку, по рельєфу, виявлено факт потрапляння фільтрату у струмок без назви (ліва притока р. Південний Буг), який протікає в місті Хмельницькому (мікрорайони Отрадне, Дивокрай) та впадає у ставок (мікрорайон Озерна), що в свою чергу призвело до забруднення поверхневих вод водних об’єктів”, – сказано у повідомленні Держекоінспекції.
Крім того, в березні минулого року Інспекцією також було встановлено факт витікання стічних вод (фільтрату) за межі полігону та стік його по рельєфу.
Розмір збитків, заподіяних державі внаслідок забруднення поверхневих вод фільтратом полігону твердих побутових відходів в місті Хмельницькому що експлуатується Хмельницьким комунальним підприємством «Спецкомунтранс» склав 54 млн 607 тис 679 грн.
Матеріали по даному факту, в порядку статті 214 Кримінального Кодексу України, направлені до Головного управління Національної поліції в Хмельницькій області для притягнення винних осіб до відповідальності.
Нагадаємо, у водоймі Хмельницького знайшли мертву рибу.
