Вона також повідомила про те, що команда «Батьківщини» змогла зупинити ще одну «земельну» аферу, яку для українців готували «слуги народу».
«Ми зупинили ухвалення закону, в якому на всіх власників паїв вони хотіли ввести непосильний податок за гектар землі. «Слуги народу» планували обкласти фермерів і селян непомірними податками, щоб таким чином змусити їх продавати свою землю. Їхнє завдання – вигнати людей на «ринок» з цими паями. Але ми цей закон заблокували», – наголосила Юлія Тимошенко.
Лідер «Батьківщини» закликала учасників віча не опускати руки та продовжувати відстоювати своє конституційне право на землю. За підсумками зібрання було напрацьовано звернення учасників народного віча Хмельниччини до президента та Верховної Ради України.
Також Юлія Тимошенко відвідала село Требухівці Хмельницького району, де команда Хмельницької партійної організації «Батьківщина» на чолі з керівником, депутатом Хмельницької облради Сергієм Яковлевим захистила місцеву школу від так званої «реорганізації».
«Зараз по всій країні у селах закривають все: школи, амбулаторії, ФАПи, клуби, тому наша команда працює як «швидка допомога». Ми отримуємо повідомлення про проблеми та їдемо в села, райони і намагаємося врятувати все, що в наших силах,» – сказала на зустрічі з громадою Голова партії «Батьківщина» Юлія Тимошенко і запевнила, що влада виконує стратегію на знищення сіл, але команда «Батьківщини» не дозволить це зробити.
